Q: Do you guys do credit checks?
A: Yes. But we know that life happens, and we all want a better credit score than the one we currently have. Our leasing agents are realistic in their expectations. Have you declared bankruptcy? This is probably not a big deal. Creditor calls coming in from an outstanding credit card bill? This maybe a problem or may not, be clear and explain the details to our agents. Previous Landlord evictions, unresolved criminal issues, and arrest warrants are out of the question.

Q: How can I pay my rent?
A: We accept cash payments delivered to our office, postdated cheques, or PAD (pre authorized debit) payments from your checking account.

Q: What should I do if I have a maintenance request?
A: When you move in, you will be given contact info for our field team, including our maintenance personnel.

Q: How often do you conduct property inspections?

A: At least every 90 days, more frequent if warranted.

Q: I'm having some financial trouble this month, is there anything I can do to arrange special payment arrangements?
A: Yes. Preference is given to requests with lots of notice. If you anticipate a significant expense coming up in the future that could affect your ability to pay the rent, give us lots of time to make arrangements and we will be more accommodating.
