We'll do some research and specifically prepare a custom proposal with a proposed fee schedule for every board member to review and evaluate. We do have an in-house maintenance department. Our maintenance managers are trained, insured, and covered by the Worker's Compensation Board of Alberta. Since they only work for us, your building will receive preferential treatment when a project arises. Yes! Each building is assigned a single individual manager who will become intimately familiar with your Board's needs and your building. Additionally, Hope Street employs about 75 people, many of whom will be working behind the scenes to ensure your building is well run and your Board is well served.
