Our contracts are for one-year terms from the time your tenant moves in.
How do I get paid?
We provide automated payments through our tenant and landlord portal. It's easy to set-up and gives your tenant more payment options. Your net payment is directly deposited into your account the same month rent is paid.
Can you help with tenant disputes?
Yes! Our experienced and friendly team of property administrators and managers have seen it all and know how to mitigate any rental situations.
What if I want to move back in to my property?
Absolutely. We can either sign fixed-term or month-to-month leases with your tenant, so you can reasonably plan and move back into your property.
Do you offer maintenance?
Yes, we have a team of in-house maintenance managers ready to help 24/7 for emergency and day-to-day requests.
