If you are like us, you don’t want expensive surprise maintenance bills at your rental - so whenever possible, we’ll call you first if a project comes up.

First, Assess
Your Situation

In any emergency, remove yourself from the present danger before making a call. In an event of a fire or a situation requiring police or a medical response, call 911 first, then call our emergency line to let us know the situation.

After-Hours
Emergencies

If you are experiencing a fire (call 911 first), flooding, no heat, no electricity, call our 24 hour emergency line. Non-emergency requests sent to our after-hour emergency line will be subject to a fee.

Regular Maintenance
Requests

Our office hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm MST, Monday to Friday. Visit your tenant portal to make a maintenance request. All maintenance requests require the approval of the Landlord before proceeding.
