2 Bedroom Condo for rent in Beltline
My roommate is moved out, but the location is just so great I want to stay. I am looking for someone tidy and responsible, mid 20s to mid 30s, to sign a new lease for a year (not shorter). The building is well maintained and made of concrete so is quiet. The room coming available is the master bedroom which has a walk in closet and sliding doors to the balcony that runs the length of the condo. The room will be unfurnished. Condo laundry is shared for the floor. Location is walking distance to 3 grocery stores, parks, LRT, 17th, downtown and right on bike lanes. Free street permit parking or possibly can rent a parking stall in the parkade. As long as rent is paid on time and lease agreement is followed, the landlord is very nice. As a roommate I'm pretty easy going, with my big values being health and growth. I am pretty busy though and won't be around that much. All utilities included. No smoking and no pets of any kind.
