Basement Rental

Property Description

This Rental is a Basement rental. The rent is $800 plus 40% utilities. There is parking space if you own a car, if not there is a bus stop right in front of the house. We do not allow pets or smokers. We collect rent at the end of each month. Laundry is in the bathroom. There is also a different walkway to get into the basement though the back.
