Very convenient, and quiet location. The home is super comfy and safe with top of the line LENOX furnaces, spray foam insulation, limitless hot water system, water softener, all electricity updated recently, etc. The furnishings are also top notch and/or functional space from North America and around the world, e.g. carved armoire and drawer chests from Thailand and India. The Chinese style dinning room furniture and master bedroom furniture was brought in from China. The kitchen is very big, and contains a four-door Samsung fridge and an AGA oven from the UK (three different cooking compartments). All kitchen pots and cookware are from William Sonoma. Both the roofed patio and dinning room are off the kitchen. Two of the three bathrooms were updated in 2014 (brand new showers and toilets). The third full - bath was updated in 2010, but kept original color cast-iron double sinks for caracter. There are two "sun-room" areas with sliding Pella patio doors/screens: one off the kitchen eating area, and the other off a bedroom (or conversion into a sitting-room/t.v. room). There is a walk-out mud room (250 sq. ft.), which is great for storing bikes and ski gear. The house is a bungalow: 3 000 sq. ft. on the main floor; 2 200 sq. ft. in the finished basement. (The owner would like to store boxed of belongings in a portion of the basement, e.g. in the downstairs bedroom and cold room. This is why the rent has been adjusted to a great rate.)
