Available August 1st, 2017, This top floor, corner unit is in a perfect location for students or those seeking some peace and quiet. It's also the perfect location due to it's proximity to schools, transit, the mall, parks, the Confederation Leisure Center, grocery store, medicenter and pharmacy, so great for those who don't drive, although there is secure underground parking stall available for those that do. No more brushing off your car in the winter! Most of the unit has been updated over the last few years, such as new paint and laminate flooring the bedrooms, painting throughout, newer laundry unit that is in suite. Unit comes with fridge, smooth top stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer unit and some window coverings. Rental fee covers maintenance, electricity, heating, and water. Although this is a non-smoking unit, some pets are allowed (contact unit owner for details). There are some common grounds with a gazebo, and an onsite gym with an off leash area nearby. The unit does have a balcony with large picture window, and larger windows in dining area and bedrooms, so the unit has a lot of natural light. There is also on site management, which is nice.
