In this time of crisis our first priority is to provide you with timely information on your property.
As the city clears neighborhoods for reoccupation we are mobilizing our inspection team to inspect properties. The inspections are being handled based on their proximity to the flooding.
As we inspect these properties we will notify affected owners with what we have observed.
Our office remains inaccessible and we are working remotely as best we can. We are using an improvised phone system with very limited capabilities. Accordingly, we are asking that you contact us via email or our website until our regular phone system is restored instead of by phone.
If your property is in a condominium complex you should be contacted directly by your condo company. We would ask that you forward any pertinent information from your condo company to us at disaster_response@hopestreet.ca
We are contacting all of our tenants to discover if there are other flood related issues such as basements flooding from seepage and we will contact you if any issues come to the fore.
Please feel free to review the resources below to keep up with the current events. We have included links to the news, as well as a link to the government of Alberta?s disaster relief program.
Thank you for your business and we look forward to working as your management company through this difficult time.
